Program - Security Assistant For Mobile software
Device - a mobile electronic device (e.g. telephone, tablet) using the Android or iOS operating system. User - using the Program, a legal or natural person who downloaded the Program from Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, AppStore or other website, or installed the Program on the Device.
The program DOES NOT COLLECT, PROCESS OR TRANSMIT any names, surnames, addresses, contact details, photos or any personal data in any other form. However, the Program may process data related to the contents of QR codes, such as URLs or contact information, to detect potential threats associated with the scanned codes. This data is not stored or used for any purpose other than ensuring the security of the user's device.
The correct operation of the Program depends on the ability to download data via the Internet from servers managed by PREBYTES. When downloading data from servers (e.g. malware detection signatures), information about the device ID, manufacturer, results of the last scan, device technical data, URLs from SMS/MMS messages whose domains are not included in the exclusions, and optional shared data are sent in Cloud Protection. Data is collected only for PREBYTES' internal needs in order to improve products, improve the operation of the Program and increase the security of services.
The scope of information about the Device processed by the Program includes: version and settings of the operating system, data regarding the technical specification of the device, information about the applications installed in the device system, information about the condition of the device's battery and sensors, anonymized abbreviations of file names and anonymized abbreviations of file content. The User grants PREBYTES all rights to the data sent by the Program, in all fields of use, and in particular to unlimited storage, modification, creation of other information, programs and services based on them.
The processing of information about or from the device by PREBYTES is necessary for the proper operation of the Program and for the performance of the Program License Agreement with the End User.
The author uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processed information.
The program communicates via an encrypted connection to the API used to exchange information, malware detection signatures, and transfer information about or from the device to keep the database up to date and provide a higher level of device security against malware threats. By installing the Program, you protect yourself, your device and your data against potential threats.
The URL addresses of websites contained in the SMS/MMS message: banking (approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the Republic of Poland), payment intermediaries (Przelewy24, PayU, Bluemedia, Blik), military (.mil), government (.gov) (in the Republic of Poland) are excluded from scanning by default.
The user can define the list of domain names excluded from scanning SMS/MMS messages.
The program can help increase user security by detecting dangerous hyperlinks.
After enabling the Message Guard functionality, hyperlinks contained in incoming SMS messages are collected. No other information, such as the content of the message, the sender's telephone number or the date and time of receipt of the message, is collected or processed.
By enabling the Safe Links functionality, the user allows clicked links to be scanned before they are opened in the target browser. As part of the QR Scanner function, the program processes the contents of scanned QR codes for the sole purpose of detecting potential threats. The program does not collect personal data or store information about the contents of scanned QR codes.
The collected links are sent to an external PREBYTES server to check whether they are potentially dangerous.
Information about the user purchasing a subscription, confidential payment data is not collected by PREBYTES. Subscription purchases are made via the Google Play payment service.

The program does not automatically interfere with changing the device settings.
The user voluntarily manages consents, permissions and permissions on his device.
If the User does not accept this Privacy Policy, he should immediately uninstall the Program.
